'The Blair Witch Project' Remake in the Works

Lionsgate and Blumhouse are currently developing a remake of Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez's 1999 classic, The Blair Witch Project.The news was confirmed by Lionsgate's Adam Fogelson and Blumhouse's Jason Blum at CinemaCon 2024, and will mark the first release in a multi-project deal that sees Blumhouse reworking some of Lionsgate's classic horror titles.
